  1. Will the LNC be deposed to testify regarding the written case analysis?
    No. LNC's work behind the scenes. The work product is protected by the attorney-client privilege.
  1. How can an LNC consult with both Defense and Plantiff firms without bias?
    Conflict of interest cases will not be accepted by LNC's. The LNC bases the analysis on factual medical evidence. Facts are supported by standards of care and medical research.
  1. Do LNC's have geographic practice limitations?
    No. LNC's can serve clients in many locations throughout the state or across the country. The modern telephone network, the internet, e-mail, USPO, FedEx, and UPS make consulting in this field unlimited in regards to geographic locations.
  1. Do you guarantee your work?
    If you are not satisfied with our work product, Sanders & Associates will provide you with a full refund.
  1. How soon can you provide the final work product to me?
    Sanders & Associates will provide you with the work product within a reasonable turn around time. Usually work is turned around in 7-10 days. We will work with you to determine what your timeframes are for receipt and ensure that you receive your work product as needed.

    If you need a "rush" on your work product, the service charge will be slightly higher than normal fees.
  1. Can you recommend expert witnesses for my cases?
    Yes. Sanders & Associates can assist an attorney with locating an expert witness for health care related cases. We will match the specific expert who is relevant to your respective case. The attorney will be the final decision maker on whom he/she selects for the expert witness.
